Yes — evening appointments are a core part of what I offer. I'm available Monday through Friday from 4pm to 8pm, and on Saturdays and Sundays from 11am to 8pm. If you work during the day or simply find evenings more convenient, I can come to your home, office, or any location that works for you after hours.

I recommend booking at least 24–48 hours in advance when possible, especially for loan signings and real estate closings that require coordination with title companies or lenders. For general notarizations, I can often accommodate same-day or next-day requests depending on my schedule. Reach out and I'll do my best to fit you in.

Most general notarizations — such as a power of attorney, affidavit, or single document — take 15 to 30 minutes. Loan signings and real estate closings typically take 45 minutes to an hour, depending on the size of the document package. I'll give you a time estimate when you book so you can plan accordingly.

I come to you — your home, office, hospital, care facility, coffee shop, or any other location that works for you. That's the whole point of a mobile notary service. As long as the location is within my service area and provides a reasonably private, well-lit space to review documents, I can make it work. I also offer Remote Online Notarization (RON) if you'd prefer to meet virtually.

Life happens — I understand. Please give me as much notice as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule. Cancellations made less than 4 hours before a scheduled appointment may be subject to a non-refundable booking fee, as that time has been reserved exclusively for you. Missouri law requires signers to present a current, government-issued photo ID. Acceptable forms include a driver's license or state ID, U.S. passport or passport card, military ID, or permanent resident card (Green Card). The ID must be valid — expired IDs are not accepted. If you're unsure whether your ID qualifies, contact me before your appointment.

Yes — please bring the documents you need notarized, fully completed but unsigned. Do not sign your documents before the appointment; the notarization requires that you sign in my presence. If your document requires witnesses, please arrange for them to be present as well, unless you've confirmed with me in advance that I can assist with that.

No — please do not sign your documents before I arrive. A notarization requires that I witness your signature in person. If a document is already signed, I cannot notarize it. Leave the signature lines blank and I'll guide you through the signing process when we meet.

I can notarize documents in foreign languages as long as the signer understands the document and can communicate with me in English. I am not a translator and cannot advise on the content of foreign-language documents. If you need translation services, please arrange those separately before your appointment.

Yes — Missouri authorizes Remote Online Notarization, and I offer it as a convenient alternative to in-person appointments. RON allows me to notarize your documents entirely online via a secure audio-visual platform. You'll verify your identity through a knowledge-based authentication process, sign electronically, and receive a digitally sealed notarial certificate — all without leaving your home or office. RON is valid for most document types, though some documents (such as certain wills or real estate transactions) may still require in-person notarization. In some cases I may be able to assist with witnesses, but this depends on the document type and circumstances. Please let me know at the time of booking if your document requires witnesses so we can plan accordingly. For most signings, I recommend arranging your own witnesses in advance to ensure everything goes smoothly.
