Before you book
Appointment Guidelines & Fees
- Each signer must present an acceptable, unexpired government-issued photo ID. If identification is unavailable, please contact me before booking to discuss whether credible identifying witnesses may be used.
- Commonly accepted identification includes a state-issued driver's license or identification card, U.S. passport or passport card, and military identification.
- Please complete all required document fields before your appointment, but leave the signature lines blank.
- Documents should be signed only when I am present unless you have received different instructions from the document's issuing agency or closing professional.
- Because every appointment is different, pricing may vary based on the location, travel distance, estimated appointment length, document type, scheduling urgency, witness needs, and number of notarial acts required.
- A booking fee is required to reserve your appointment. This amount will be credited toward your final balance.
- If an appointment is canceled fewer than four hours before the scheduled time, the booking fee is nonrefundable.
